Abortion In the News

Two pieces of news on abortion:

  1. President Obama’s address at the National Prayer Breakfast contained at least one eye-opening confession: “There is no God who condones taking the life of an innocent human being. This much we know.”  But does he really know this?
  2. The AP released a story Feb. 6 on a “botched” abortion in a Miami clinic, where a young lady went to have her 23 week old baby killed.  Before the doctor could arrive to kill the child, the young lady delivered the baby, and without any question or hesitation, an unlicensed worker cut the cord, placed the baby in a biohazard bag, and threw it out.  This has outraged even pro-abortion advocates, though I don’t know why.  I wonder if the President’s “personal” views would ever cause him to prevent something of this nature from happening again.  Even he must agree this was sinful and evil, and by such a confession, must also admit the evil inherent in his agenda to expand abortion rights at the cost of millions of babies just like this little one.

By the way, it is absolutely astounding that anyone could be appalled at this incident who would also have been completely supportive of the mother’s right to kill the baby 10 minutes earlier inside the womb.  What is the logic behind this reasoning, the logic of the President, our neighbors, and even some of those sitting next to us as we worship the Creator and Life-Giver?
